About the role
We are looking for a proactive Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of residential properties. You will lead a maintenance team, ensure compliance with regulations, and coordinate renovation projects to keep our buildings safe and functional.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the maintenance team, addressing issues promptly.
- Ensure each property complies with company standards and local regulations.
- Collaborate with contractors to execute large‑scale renovation projects.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies and track budgeting for maintenance activities.
- Familiarize yourself with multiple building blueprints to guide repairs and improvements.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong time‑management and communication abilities.
- Basic budgeting experience and awareness of public safety standards.
