About the role

Wist'upiku is looking for a professional to guarantee the quality and safety of its food products while planning and controlling production processes at its central plant. The role ensures efficient supply to branches and drives continuous improvement of the product range.

Key responsibilities

• Execute quality controls and monitor production processes.
• Supervise compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM), procedures and production standards.
• Conduct technical tests for product improvement.
• Develop seasonal product proposals and innovations.
• Schedule weekly production based on operational demand.
• Coordinate raw material requirements and supply.
• Manage inventory balances at the plant and branches.
• Oversee correct dispatch and distribution of products.
• Detect operational deviations and propose immediate solutions.
• Collaborate with warehouse, production and branch teams to ensure operational continuity.
• Prepare reports on production, waste and operational performance.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Engineering, Process Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles within the food or gastronomy sector (mandatory).
• Experience managing operational staff.
• Knowledge of BPM, quality control and food safety.
• Experience in production planning, inventory control and balance management.
