Ejecutivo/a Comercial B2B Senior

About the role

Bridge4Digital, an AI‑first digital integrator, is expanding its commercial team in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The Senior B2B Commercial Executive will drive technology‑focused sales, working with the region’s largest enterprises to deliver AI‑enabled digital transformation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of B2B technology opportunities from prospecting to closure.
• Maintain and grow an active portfolio of corporate clients, building strong relationships with senior management.
• Prepare, present, and defend complex commercial proposals and respond to RFPs.
• Negotiate contracts with procurement and legal departments, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of B2B technology sales experience, preferably in AI, digital automation, or related fields.
• Proven track record of influencing senior executives and decision‑makers.
• Strong pipeline and CRM management skills (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar).
• Familiarity with consultative sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger or MEDDIC.
• Professional background in Business Engineering, Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Highly autonomous, disciplined and results‑oriented.
