About the role

The Sales Executive will manage the entire sales cycle for Control Facilito, from prospecting new clients to closing commercial agreements. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Santa Cruz de la Sierra and requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure proper implementation and high‑quality post‑sale service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through various channels.
• Deliver product presentations and prepare detailed quotations.
• Track and follow up on sales opportunities using a CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee correct solution deployment.
• Provide post‑sale support to maintain customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in consultative or service‑based selling.
• Strong commercial abilities: negotiation, closing, objection handling, and result orientation.
• Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and relationship‑building skills.
• Organized time management to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude, teamwork spirit, and desire to grow professionally in a dynamic environment.
