About the role

The Insurance Executive will be responsible for managing and expanding the clinic's portfolio of insurance brokers and policies. This role involves advising clients on medical coverage options while ensuring commercial targets are met within the health sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the existing insurance and broker portfolio, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
• Advise clients on medical coverage plans, conditions, and insurance options.
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and related enterprises.
• Track and retain insured clients, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators set by the institution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in consultative sales or commercial management, preferably in health or insurance sectors.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
