Ejecutivo de Marketing – Creación de Contenido y Análisis Digital

About the role

Garden Buildings is looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead the brand’s digital presence. The role combines strategic content creation, performance analysis, and direct support to the Commercial Management team to drive prospect conversion and align with sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and execute the editorial calendar for all digital channels.
• Produce and edit audiovisual material for social platforms (Reels, TikToks, static posts, etc.).
• Act as the primary liaison with the community, handling direct messages, comments and inquiries with a conversion‑focused tone.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators, optimizing digital campaigns to reduce CPL and improve budget efficiency.
• Provide strategic assistance to Commercial Management by preparing presentations, promotional material and ensuring digital communication aligns with sales goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or final‑year student in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, advertising support or community management.
• Excellent writing skills with flawless spelling.
• Strong visual sense and corporate aesthetic judgment.
• Highly self‑organized, proactive and capable of autonomous work.
