About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Executive to join Ad Bomesco in Cochabamba. The role involves managing an existing client portfolio, identifying new business opportunities and driving the sales process from proposal to closing, while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with current customers, providing ongoing support and follow‑up.
• Prospect and qualify new leads, develop commercial proposals and negotiate terms.
• Schedule and conduct on‑site visits and meetings with prospects and clients.
• Record all activities in internal tools, prepare regular commercial reports and share insights with cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other departments to improve the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude with proven experience in relationship management and opportunity identification.
• Ability to consistently follow up with clients and prioritize activities effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, adaptable to different interlocutors.
• Customer‑service orientation with a focus on fast resolution and long‑term relationship building.
• Educational background in Administration, Marketing, Sales or related fields.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools.
• Experience using a CRM system to track leads and sales activities.
