About the role

We are a fast‑moving Bolivian tech group that runs four digital products (entertainment, payments, short‑term rentals and event ticketing). We need a Graphic Designer who owns the visual system, not just executes individual pieces, and can work in a small, bureaucracy‑free team.

• Create and maintain editable templates that other team members can reuse without redesign.
• Adapt designs to multiple formats such as feed posts, stories, WhatsApp messages and web banners.
• Ensure visual consistency across four distinct brands.
• Perform basic motion graphics and video editing for social‑media content.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency with Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Comfort using AI‑based design tools.
• Ability to deliver several finished pieces per day.
• Systematic mindset: organized layers and reusable templates.
• Bonus: experience with After Effects, Premiere or CapCut.
