Director/a Editorial

About the role

The Editorial Director will lead the editorial team at Grupo Santillana’s Santa Cruz base, overseeing the creation and innovation of educational content and technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the editorial team to deliver high‑quality educational materials.
• Manage end‑to‑end educational and technological projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and control project budgets and financial planning.
• Organize and deliver training programs for teachers.
• Oversee the use of editing software and tools to maintain content standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences, Literature, History or related fields.
• Postgraduate or Master’s degree in Higher Education, Educational Technology or Human Resources (desirable).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior or managerial positions involving teaching, team leadership and comprehensive project management.

Required skills

• Project management of educational and technological initiatives.
• Proficiency with editing software and content creation tools.
• Budget formulation and financial oversight.
