About the role

We are looking for a Network Developer to manage and expand the Multired sales channel in Santa Cruz. The role combines network development, routing, and post‑sale support for a nationwide network of collection points.

Key responsibilities

• Enable new collection points and conduct visits to build loyalty.
• Provide technical and post‑sale support to existing points, both onsite and remotely (WhatsApp, Meet).
• Analyze, control, and monitor transactions performed at collection points.
• Deliver training, install equipment, and supply necessary materials to Multired points.
• Receive and verify commission invoices from all national points, upload them to the system and forward to accounting.
• Manage material provisioning and supervise Multired points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (mandatory).
• At least two years of experience in a similar role, including network development and routing.
• Three years of professional experience overall.
• Strong customer‑service and sales orientation, teamwork, proactivity and results focus.

Required skills

• Google Workspace (G‑Suite) proficiency.
• Network development and routing knowledge.
