Community Manager

About the role

The Community Manager will lead the online presence of Zelaya Agramont – Firma de Abogados in La Paz, Bolivia. Working full‑time on‑site, you will create and publish content that reflects the firm’s professional brand, engage with clients and prospects, and help grow a vibrant digital community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and publish content across the firm’s social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor comments, messages and inquiries, responding promptly and maintaining a consistent, professional tone.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to translate legal topics and firm updates into engaging digital posts.
• Track performance metrics, prepare basic reports and adjust strategies based on data insights.
• Support promotional campaigns, events and other marketing initiatives to increase visibility.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, online community engagement or digital communications.
• Strong copywriting abilities with attention to clarity, tone and accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational talent to handle multiple channels, tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluency in Spanish required; English proficiency is a plus.
