Commercial Analyst

About the role

In this position you will support commercial decision‑making through advanced analytics, forecasting and business intelligence tools, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Demand Planning and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyse and report data to inform commercial decisions.
• Generate actionable insights on pricing, product mix, profitability, sales performance and commercial KPIs.
• Develop, maintain and optimise dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel and other BI platforms.
• Support the development of Business Intelligence platforms and analytical capabilities.
• Analyse market, customer and competitive information for business planning.
• Lead forecasting, commercial planning and S&OP processes and align cross‑functional teams.
• Administer commercial processes such as pricing uploads, rebates, sales incentive calculations and monthly sales reconciliations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales or commercial planning.
• Intermediate English proficiency (B1‑B2).
