About the role
Join the Jackson Hewitt tax team as a Client Service Associate, the friendly face welcoming visitors to the office and ensuring a smooth client experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet clients, confirm appointments and keep them engaged during wait times.
- Follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials and assist with tax return preparation.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn tax preparation and grow in a customer‑focused role.
Required skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
- Experience in a fast‑paced retail or customer service environment (preferred but not required).
