About the role

We are looking for a motivated Call Center Agent to join our team in Santa Cruz. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service through phone and digital channels while supporting our sustainable logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance via telephone and online platforms.
• Manage and follow up on the client portfolio.
• Coordinate information related to foreign trade and customs processes.
• Record and update management data in Excel.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service and client handling.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade.
• Studies in International Trade or a related field.
• Residence in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

Required skills

• Excel (intermediate/advanced).
