About the role

The Business Specialist in Continuous Improvement will lead operational projects within the Customer Experience area, ensuring that improvements are properly designed, implemented, and sustained. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to analyse data, identify root causes, and deliver solutions that boost efficiency and enhance the user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage continuous‑improvement initiatives from identification through implementation and follow‑up.
• Coordinate protocols, pilots and operational changes, guaranteeing correct execution.
• Document processes, flows and functionalities, keeping guidelines up to date.
• Analyse operational cases and customer journeys to uncover root causes and optimisation opportunities.
• Develop data‑driven solution proposals and support transversal initiatives across departments.
• Track milestones, owners, deliverables and risks for each project.
• Monitor operational indicators to detect deviations and drive optimisation.
• Prepare executive reports and presentations for diverse stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement focused on efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience identifying root causes and proposing solutions to operational problems.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel for data analysis, pivot tables, charts and consolidation.
• Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint for executive presentations and basic storytelling.
• Knowledge of project‑management practices, including milestone tracking, risk management and deliverable control.
• Understanding of process‑management documentation and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
