B2B Leader – Corporate Segment

About the role

Tigo Business is looking for a B2B Leader to drive the commercial strategy and business development for its corporate segment in La Paz, Bolivia. You will manage a portfolio of strategic corporate, multinational and government clients, fostering long‑term relationships that generate sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the commercial team, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability and growth targets.
• Strategically manage the corporate, multinational and government client portfolio across the region.
• Identify business opportunities through a consultative approach tailored to each client’s needs.
• Drive acquisition, retention, up‑selling and cross‑selling initiatives.
• Maintain an effective commercial funnel, account plans and business opportunity pipelines.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and key stakeholders of major organizations.
• Ensure an exceptional customer experience, improving satisfaction and loyalty metrics.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to design and implement high‑impact technology solutions.
• Guarantee compliance with company policies, procedures and commercial guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience leading B2B commercial teams.
• Solid background in managing corporate clients and strategic accounts.
• Expertise in consultative sales, negotiation and business opportunity management.
• Experience with pipeline management, account planning and executive relationship building.
• Strong leadership, strategic analysis and decision‑making abilities.
• Experience in telecom, technology or digital transformation is a plus.
