Appointment Setter – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Appointment Setter for our medical payment processing sales team. Your main job is to make many outbound calls and schedule qualified meetings for our sales executives.

Key responsibilities

• Make 200 to 300 outbound calls each day using a client‑provided dialer.
• Get past receptionists and office managers to speak with decision‑makers in the medical field.
• Identify sales opportunities and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, lead responses, and booked appointments.

Required profile

• Fluent English with clear pronunciation and strong spoken skills.
• Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or B2B phone sales; experience with medical or healthcare gatekeepers preferred.
• High energy, persistence, and the ability to make a large volume of calls daily.
• Reliable remote work environment capable of supporting full‑time dialer operations.
