Amazon & Walmart Marketplace Account Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Specialist to manage day‑to‑day operations of U.S. Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace accounts. The role blends account management, listing optimization, and customer service to ensure strong performance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for Amazon FBA and Walmart Marketplace accounts, monitoring health and resolving issues.
• Maintain compliance, address policy violations, listing suppressions, and account notifications.
• Coordinate product launches, listing updates, and keyword optimization for better search visibility.
• Manage inventory levels, prevent stockouts, handle stranded inventory, and support replenishment planning.
• Process flat‑file uploads, bulk edits, and manage product variations and attributes.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve order issues, returns, refunds, and manage buyer messages within required response times.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, track sales trends, conversion rates, and recommend operational improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of hands‑on experience managing U.S. Amazon FBA and/or Walmart Marketplace seller accounts for established brands.
• Demonstrated ability to handle account health, compliance, inventory, and customer service tasks.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance metrics and continuous improvement.
