Agrochemical Sales Manager – Bolivia

About the role

EASTCHEM, a leading Chinese agro‑chemical exporter, is seeking an Agrochemical Sales Manager to lead its commercial activities in Bolivia. The role involves promoting the company’s crop‑protection products, supporting local registration, and building strong relationships with customers and industry partners.

Key responsibilities

• Drive consultative selling of EASTCHEM’s products, including local registration, sample delivery, product introductions and pricing negotiations.
• Analyse client business challenges, conduct workshops, and deliver presentations and quotes.
• Provide weekly updates to management on new activities, urgent issues and market developments in Bolivia.
• Represent EASTCHEM at trade shows, industry events and association meetings, advocating the product portfolio.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Required profile

• Familiarity with agro‑chemical commercial activities in Bolivia.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong spoken and written English proficiency.
• Previous experience in a multinational environment is preferred.
