Account Manager – Short‑Term Rental Revenue Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong background in Revenue Management to join our growing short‑term rental team. The role manages client relationships while developing and executing revenue strategies that maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize property performance.
• Manage pricing, availability, and restrictions across multiple booking channels.
• Prepare and present performance reports, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue insights.
• Collaborate with operations, guest communications, and marketing teams to improve overall portfolio performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Revenue Management, or Short‑Term Rental Operations.
• Proven experience managing revenue strategies for vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑management abilities.
