Operations & Client Relations Manager (Hospitality)

About the role

Our client, a short‑term rental hospitality provider, is seeking an Operations & Client Relations Manager to oversee ground operations and serve as the primary liaison between the executive team and operational staff. The role combines operational oversight with direct client communication to ensure service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day housekeeping, maintenance, and laundry services.
• Maintain and nurture client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for updates and inquiries.
• Coordinate with operational teams to guarantee service quality, efficiency, and timely issue resolution.
• Handle client‑facing escalations professionally and ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
• Proven experience in client relations within the hospitality or short‑term rental sector.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong attention to detail.
• Resourceful, autonomous, task‑focused and punctual.

Required skills

• Proficiency with operational and client‑management software (specific tools not listed).
