Customer Service Representative – Remote (Bolivia)

About the role

We are seeking a professional, customer‑focused Representative to join our remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them with inquiries, solving problems, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, phone, and other channels.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow up to confirm that requests are fully resolved.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, support, call centre, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with good organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
