TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TRACK PMS Expert / Webmaster to own and optimise our use of the TRACK Property Management System. This highly specialised position requires hands‑on expertise with TRACK, the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and the capacity to act as the primary liaison with the software provider.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day‑to‑day operations of TRACK PMS.
• Troubleshoot technical and system issues, including errors, synchronization problems, and integration failures.
• Monitor and resolve integrations between TRACK and third‑party platforms.
• Configure, review, and improve TRACK settings, workflows, and processes.
• Identify root causes of technical and operational problems and drive them to resolution.
• Communicate directly with TRACK support and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
• Document issues, solutions, configurations, and processes for internal reference.
• Support internal teams with TRACK‑related questions and usage guidance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and overall platform utilisation.

Required profile

• Expert‑level, hands‑on experience with TRACK PMS (non‑negotiable).
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, investigate issues thoroughly, and manage them through to resolution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when dealing with software providers.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
