Shopify Ecommerce Specialist (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Shopify Ecommerce Specialist to own the day‑to‑day operations of a fast‑growing fashion brand’s online store. Working remotely, you will ensure the store runs smoothly, is campaign‑ready, and delivers a premium shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Upload new products, correct images, and keep inventory data accurate.
• Identify and resolve pricing, discount, and product‑status errors.
• Audit the store proactively to prevent issues that could affect sales or marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare the site for launches and promotions.
• Make theme customisations using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Integrate and maintain third‑party apps such as Klaviyo and review tools.
• Document changes, issues, and solutions for internal reference.
• Provide recommendations to improve UX, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Shopify store management.
• Experience with fashion or apparel DTC brands.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, remote work environment.

Required skills

• Shopify platform expertise (product management, collections, discounts, inventory).
• Liquid templating language.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Shopify Online Store 2.0, metafields, custom sections.
• Klaviyo integration and other third‑party apps.
