Picker / Warehouse Assistant

About the role

PedidosYa, a leading technology company in delivery and quick commerce across Latin America, is looking for a motivated Picker/Warehouse Assistant to join its fast‑moving fulfillment team. You will be responsible for assembling orders, handling inventory, and ensuring that every package meets the company’s quality and timing standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise while complying with safety, hygiene and order‑liness standards.
• Record inventory movements in the system promptly.
• Verify that items match purchase orders, monitor expiration dates and product quality (e.g., cold‑chain integrity, damages).
• Label and organize products on racks in a tidy manner.
• Suggest layout or process improvements to boost picking productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and communicate them to the Store Supervisor.
• Support inventory control processes and assist with order hand‑off to riders.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a warehouse assistant or replenisher.
• Experience in fast‑food or quick‑service environments is a plus.
• Availability for rotating shifts between 7 am and 1 am.
• Residence in the Equipetrol area or nearby.
• Strong teamwork attitude, responsibility, commitment, flexibility, dynamism and proactivity.
