Paid Media Specialist – Meta, Google & TikTok Ads

About the role

We are looking for a performance‑driven Paid Media Specialist to manage and scale paid acquisition for a fast‑growing U.S. direct‑to‑consumer eCommerce business. The role focuses on driving revenue, customer acquisition, and profitable growth through paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and continuously optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Design audience strategies, including prospecting, retargeting, and look‑alike audiences.
• Execute creative, copy, and landing‑page A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor budgets, maximize ROAS, and manage performance metrics such as CPA and CAC.
• Implement and maintain accurate conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.
• Analyze performance data, deliver actionable insights, and collaborate with creative and marketing teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience managing paid media for U.S.-based companies.
• Experience with U.S. eCommerce consumer brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Proven ability to manage performance budgets and optimize ROAS, CPA, and CAC.
• Excellent analytical skills and fluent English communication.
