About the role

Rebel is a fast‑moving email marketing studio that creates voice‑first ecosystems for DTC brands. We are looking for a Junior Email Designer based in LATAM to craft high‑impact email templates and campaign assets that drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design email templates and campaign visuals that convert, with a focus on mobile‑first experiences.
• Build and maintain brand‑consistent design systems in Figma.
• Create launch graphics for product drops, flash sales, and VIP offers.
• Collaborate closely with strategists and copywriters to ensure pixel‑perfect execution.
• Analyse performance data and iterate designs for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Passionate about email design and the factors that make an inbox worth opening.
• Self‑starter who owns the design process from brief to delivery.
• Based in a LATAM country with advanced written and spoken English.
• Reliable internet connection and full‑time availability during U.S. time zones.
• Proactive communicator who flags issues early.
