Installation Coordinator (Project Manager) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Installation Coordinator (also referred to as an Operations Coordinator) to manage our playground equipment installation projects. This remote, full‑time position serves as the primary liaison between customers and installers, ensuring smooth, on‑time installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 50‑100 open installation jobs simultaneously.
• Communicate with customers to educate them on the installation process.
• Coordinate with installers, providing necessary resources and organization.
• Schedule installations and monitor job timelines.
• Act as the intermediary between customers and installers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise on site.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in construction or working with contractors (highly desirable).
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service background.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, inquisitive, collaborative and adaptable.
