Installation Coordinator – Operations Project Manager

About the role

Our client, a growing playground equipment supplier, is looking for an Installation Coordinator to oversee the end‑to‑end installation process for customers. This remote, full‑time position serves as the primary liaison between customers and installers, ensuring a smooth, on‑time experience for each project.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 active installation jobs.
• Communicate installation steps and timelines to customers.
• Coordinate with installers, providing schedules, resources, and support.
• Schedule installations and monitor job timelines.
• Act as the intermediary to resolve issues that arise on site.
• Maintain accurate records of job status and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, contractor management, or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with process improvement.
