About the role

The RF Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, optimizing and analyzing radio‑frequency networks for 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile technologies, ensuring coverage, capacity, quality and user experience targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and design RF solutions for new deployments and network expansions.
• Perform coverage, capacity and interference analyses.
• Define design parameters and optimization settings for mobile networks.
• Generate coverage predictions using RF planning tools.
• Analyze and optimize network KPIs to improve user experience.
• Conduct drive‑test analysis and develop improvement plans.
• Identify and resolve coverage, interference and congestion issues.
• Participate in acceptance and integration of new sites.
• Monitor network performance and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Implementation, Core, Transmission and Operations teams.
• Prepare technical and executive reports for clients and management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or related field; specialization in mobile networks is a plus.
• 4‑6 years of experience in RF planning and optimization.
• Proven experience with GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies.
• Experience on projects involving network expansion, modernization and optimization.
• Hands‑on work with Huawei, Ericsson or Nokia equipment.
• Intermediate to advanced technical English.
• Analytical mindset, result‑oriented, strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel nationally.
