About the role

The multinational automotive company is looking for a Commercial Manager to design and implement sales strategies that drive growth. Based in Santa Cruz, the role is onsite and focuses on leading the sales team, managing key client relationships, and ensuring profitability targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the commercial team, ensuring performance and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare sales budgets and monitor commercial performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in sales management or director roles (mandatory).
• Knowledge of the automotive sector is desirable.
