About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s remote support team. The role involves handling a variety of customer inquiries and issues independently, ensuring swift and practical resolutions without relying on scripted responses.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve customer problems, including complaints, delays, refunds, and order issues.
• Take ownership of each situation and guide customers toward fair solutions.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Apply good judgment to assess situations and decide on appropriate actions.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably serving U.S. customers.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and calmness under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
