B2B Marketing & Event Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Marketing & Event Manager to own and scale our marketing engine. You will lead the operational side of digital channels and act as the main powerhouse behind our national trade shows and industry events, working remotely during US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end trade show logistics for 6+ national events per year, including registrations, booth graphics, collateral, sponsorships and team schedules.
• Design and execute pre‑show teaser campaigns (social and email) and post‑show lead uploads, segmented follow‑up sequences and ROI tracking.
• Provide real‑time remote marketing support during live events: daily social posts, rapid lead entry into CRM, and recap summaries.
• Maintain a 30‑60 day rolling content calendar across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, creating and scheduling B2B content following brand guidelines.
• Build, segment and send email campaigns and automated nurture sequences; monitor open rates, CTR and conversions.
• Draft and distribute press releases; manage backlink outreach to secure placements.
• Coordinate with SEO, web conversion and outbound sales specialists; produce weekly performance dashboards tracking reach, engagement, event ROI and pipeline.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, preferably in home services, technical services or outsourcing.
• Proven track record managing trade show logistics and event marketing from planning to post‑event lead distribution.
• Native or near‑native English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong adherence to approval workflows and process governance.
