Warehouse Manager – Eastern Region

About the role

The company seeks a Warehouse Manager for the Eastern Region to lead the full operation of its Distribution Center in Santa Cruz. You will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of finished products while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage storage and dispatch operations of finished goods.
• Control inventory, guaranteeing proper rotation and product availability.
• Oversee the budget for expenses and investments within the area.
• Promote and implement continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency.
• Plan personnel schedules, including shifts, timelines and vacations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best storage practices.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments and external suppliers.
• Manage internal and external audit compliance, conduct safety talks and staff training.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive actions to meet set objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in coordination or similar roles.
• Additional diplomas in supply‑chain areas are valued.
• Knowledge of BPAs and handling operational indicators.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
