Virtual Office Assistant

About the role

StratoVox is seeking a Remote Virtual Office Assistant to support medical clinics across North America. The role is fully remote but limited to legal residents of Bolivia living in La Paz, Cochabamba, Santa Cruz, Sucre, or Tarija. You will act as the front‑line liaison between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with patients, coordinate appointments and manage schedules.
• Answer calls and provide empathetic support.
• Serve as the communication bridge between patients and providers.
• Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain clinic workflow efficiency behind the scenes.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Can‑do attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable multitasking in a demanding environment.
• Legal residency in Bolivia and location in one of the specified cities.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (training provided).
