Treasury Manager (Santa Cruz)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Treasury Manager to oversee all treasury operations, ensure liquidity, and strengthen financial controls for our organization in Santa Cruz. The successful candidate will manage cash flow, credit lines, and relationships with financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute bank operations including transfers, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Administer and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections.
• Supervise daily cash flow and produce liquidity forecasts.
• Manage bank credit lines, track usage, renewals, and expirations.
• Oversee petty cash, cash counts, expense advances, and reimbursements.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial entities.
• Apply internal controls to treasury activities and verify supporting documentation.
• Prepare treasury reports and key performance indicators for management.
• Identify financial risks and propose improvements to internal controls.
• Coordinate with Accounting and Administration for accurate financial recording.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting, Financial Auditing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or finance roles.
• Proven experience in cash‑flow management, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Experience handling credit lines and liaising with financial institutions.
• Preferably background in the agro‑industrial sector.

Required skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Experience with TR system or similar financial management software.
