Trade Marketing Operativo & Asistente de Marketing B2B

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, commercial‑oriented professional to bridge Marketing with our B2B customers and the market. The role involves executing trade‑marketing campaigns, activations, and gathering market insights that drive business opportunities and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute a schedule of visits to B2B clients, maintaining constant contact with distributors, workshops and professional customers.
• Implement and supervise trade‑marketing activations, campaigns, promotions and point‑of‑sale actions.
• Ensure proper placement of POP material, displays, signage and visibility elements.
• Collect on‑site market data: prices, promotions, competitor activity, new product launches, trends and customer behaviour.
• Gather feedback and needs from B2B clients and forward commercial opportunities to Sales.
• Prepare market, visit and trade‑marketing performance reports.
• Manage quotations and follow‑up with suppliers of POP, displays, promotional materials, activations and OOH.
• Support Marketing leadership in planning and executing campaigns and activities.
• Identify market trends, new commercial dynamics and innovation opportunities.
• Transform field information into insights, findings and actionable proposals.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Advertising, Communication or related fields.
• 1‑3 years of experience in trade marketing, operational marketing, B2B sales, merchandising, market research or commercial areas.
• Comfortable working directly in the field and with customers.
• Strong analytical, organizational and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, initiative‑taking, commercially oriented and able to spot opportunities.
• Willingness to travel frequently to clients and points of sale.
• Driving licence (desirable).
