Technical Support Engineer – Remote

About the role

As a Technical Support Engineer you will act as the primary technical liaison for customers and partners, ensuring smooth operation of integrated systems and successful onboarding of new integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert support for REST API integrations and partner onboarding processes.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues by reading application code and performing deep‑dive analysis.
• Execute advanced SQL queries to investigate system behavior and resolve data discrepancies.
• Manage technical relationships with partners, guiding them through integration lifecycles and best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate bugs and give feedback on product supportability and API documentation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Support Engineering or a similar customer‑facing technical role.
• Proven expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs and supporting partner integrations.
• Strong ability to read and analyze application code and perform complex SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills for managing technical relationships and onboarding.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
