Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev® is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for global clients. This fully remote position requires you to align technical teams with business goals, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, and timelines.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best‑practice delivery processes.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Bridge technical and business perspectives to achieve successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and technical concepts.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
