Technical Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of technology projects for global clients. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of developers, designers, and product owners.
• Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and budgets while maintaining transparent communication.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and enforce best‑practice delivery processes.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical project management or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical concepts.
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and project‑management tools.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
