About the role

The company is looking for a Dispatch Supervisor to lead the dispatch and finished‑product operations at its Olocuilta facility. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth product flow, coordinating logistics, and maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control dispatch activities and finished‑product handling.
• Supervise receipt, storage, and loading of products.
• Coordinate logistics for the supply of raw materials.
• Manage personnel, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
• Implement and oversee occupational safety controls in the area.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Result‑oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Leadership and team‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
