About the role

We are looking for a Store Assistant to join Amarket in Santa Cruz de la Sierra. The role supports daily operations of the sales floor, ensuring product availability, cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Restock products on shelves and designated areas.
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and attractive product displays.
• Assist customers, answer questions and guide them to products.
• Perform basic inventory checks and price verification.
• Receive and organize incoming merchandise.

Required profile

• Completed high school education or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, supermarkets or similar stores.
• Availability for rotating shifts.
• Basic ability to handle inventory and restocking tasks.
