STEP 2.0 Advisor to support STEP 2.0 implementation in Bolivia (Home-Based)

About the role

UNICEF is seeking a STEP 2.0 Advisor to support the implementation of the STEP 2.0 framework for immunization supply chain strengthening in Bolivia. This remote position will work closely with the implementing partner and key facilitators to build capacity, drive change, and ensure the successful rollout of the national immunization supply chain roadmap.

Key responsibilities

• Equip the implementing partner and facilitators with the knowledge, tools, and methodologies needed to deliver STEP 2.0.
• Strengthen leadership, change‑management and problem‑solving capacities of health supply‑chain managers at national and sub‑national levels.
• Support the design and execution of interventions that align with Bolivia’s National Immunization Supply Chain Roadmap.
• Facilitate evidence‑based decision‑making, risk management, and cross‑institutional coordination.
• Monitor progress and provide technical guidance to ensure resilience and sustainability of the immunization supply chain.

Required profile

• Proven experience in public‑health or immunization supply‑chain projects.
• Strong background in leadership development, change management, and capacity‑building initiatives.
• Ability to work remotely while engaging effectively with stakeholders in Bolivia.
• Familiarity with national immunization programs and supply‑chain maturity assessments.
