Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to design, implement and optimise our organisation’s digital presence across key social platforms. The role will strengthen brand positioning, boost customer interaction and support commercial growth through data‑driven content strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, schedule and manage the digital calendar for all channels.
• Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance and generate optimisation recommendations.
• Identify emerging trends and propose innovative digital initiatives.
• Produce data‑based strategic recommendations to improve communication and customer experience.
• Lead the strategy for digital product sales and growth.
• Create briefs for graphics, video and campaign assets.
• Manage online communities and increase engagement.
• Analyse metrics, prepare performance reports and present insights.
• Collaborate with design, marketing and communication teams.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Graphic Design or related field.
• Portfolio or documented success cases.
• Minimum two years of experience managing brands on social media.
• Strong written communication, creativity and strategic thinking.
• Excellent organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with proactive, results‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn platforms.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite, Metricool or Hootsuite for planning and analytics.
• Ability to generate content with AI‑assisted tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with paid social campaigns (preferred).
