Senior PPC Specialist – Google Ads & LSA Focus

About the role

We are seeking a senior, hands‑on PPC specialist to lead Google Ads and Local Services Ads strategy for a home‑services marketing agency. You will shape paid‑media approaches for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing and related trades while collaborating with a remote, Latin‑America‑based team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end Google Ads strategy and execution across search, display and shopping.
• Manage and optimize Google Local Services Ads (LSA) profiles, including budget, bids, lead quality and compliance.
• Build and run Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) that complement Google efforts.
• Design campaign structures and conduct rigorous A/B testing of copy, audiences and landing pages.
• Monitor budgets and bids in real time, reallocating spend to protect ROAS and cost‑per‑lead.
• Connect ad performance to business outcomes by tracking clicks through to leads and booked jobs.
• Prepare performance reports for internal and client‑facing review.
• Collaborate on offer alignment, landing‑page design and lead‑follow‑up systems, applying home‑services industry knowledge.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on paid‑search experience with full ownership of strategy.
• Proven track record improving ROAS and lowering cost‑per‑lead.
• Professional written and spoken English.
• Experience working agency‑side across multiple client accounts.
• Based in Latin America.
