Senior Power BI & Data Visualization Engineer (Remote, Latin America)

About the role

FullStack is seeking a Senior Power BI & Data Visualization Engineer to join client teams on a remote, project‑based basis across Latin America. You will work closely with designers and engineers to deliver high‑impact business intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers.
• Design high‑end dashboard interfaces with strong UI/UX focus.
• Develop and maintain complex Power BI reports, semantic models and star‑schema architectures.
• Perform performance tuning for large‑scale reports and underlying queries.
• Integrate data from SQL databases, ERP systems or cloud data warehouses.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development and business intelligence experience with Power BI.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
• Ability to take extreme ownership and work remotely across Latin America.

Required skills

• DAX, Power Query (M), semantic modeling, star‑schema design.
• UI/UX design for dashboards, layout design, data‑visualization best practices.
• Performance tuning of Power BI reports and queries.
• Data integration from SQL, ERP, and cloud data warehouses.
