Senior NICE CXone Developer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior NICE CXone Developer to act as the technical authority for enterprise‑grade contact‑center solutions. The role blends hands‑on platform development with strategic architecture, driving complex IVR, ACD and AI integrations while mentoring junior engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and lead end‑to‑end development of CXone integrations, advanced IVR flows and custom agent applications.
• Design scalable solutions using the full NICE CXone API suite (Admin, Agent, Real‑time Data, Reporting) and partner APIs.
• Define coding standards, design patterns and best practices; conduct code reviews and pair‑programming sessions.
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders to translate operational requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Own incident resolution and root‑cause analysis for critical production issues, ensuring compliance with security, performance and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to NICE CXone or NICE inContact platform development.
• Proven ability to design advanced IVR, multi‑channel ACD routing and automation solutions.
• Strong communication skills to mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• NICE CXone Studio scripting and CXone REST APIs.
• OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Access Keys authentication.
• Integration experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow or Microsoft Dynamics.
• JavaScript/Node.js plus at least one backend language (Python, Java or C#).
• Experience with CXone Agent SDK, Mobile SDK or Chat Web SDK.
• Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and DevOps/CI‑CD pipelines.
• Telephony protocols such as SIP and WebRTC.
