Senior Full Stack Developer with AI Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with hands‑on AI experience to design, build, and scale production‑grade systems. You will work across backend services, frontend applications, and AI integrations to solve real operational problems for a remote LATAM team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications using Node.js, React.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Architect scalable backend services and REST APIs.
• Create clean, responsive frontend interfaces that support complex workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., OpenAI or similar LLM platforms) to automate tasks, process documents, and provide recommendations.
• Implement embeddings, retrieval pipelines, and context‑aware AI systems.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver user‑focused solutions.
• Monitor production behavior and continuously improve systems based on real usage.
• Contribute to deployment pipelines, testing, and observability.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Software Engineer.
• Strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, and modern web architectures.
• Hands‑on experience integrating AI or LLM‑based features into production products.
• Proven ability to design APIs, backend services, and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
• Understanding of embeddings, retrieval systems, or AI‑driven workflows.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication ability, and English proficiency.
