Senior Finance Analyst – Flexible Accommodation

About the role

The Flex is scaling its global flexible‑accommodation platform and needs a senior finance professional to own the financial infrastructure. You will work directly with the founders and senior leadership, providing insight into revenue streams, costs, and profitability across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve day‑to‑day financial reporting and controls, ensuring data is complete, validated and fully supported.
• Identify manual finance processes, design efficient workflows and partner with engineering to automate them.
• Reconcile payments from Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, direct bookings and other distribution channels.
• Reconcile bank accounts, track accounts payable/receivable and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Review supplier invoices and company expenses, managing statutory filings and corporate compliance across jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with external accountants, tax advisers, auditors and banking partners.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems for real‑time performance visibility.
• Analyse financial performance by property, city, country and business unit.
• Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts and financial models.
• Monitor cash flow, plan capital requirements and identify financial risks or revenue leakage.
• Support due‑diligence for acquisitions, investments and new market launches.

Required profile

• Ambitious professional eager to grow into Finance Manager, Head of Finance or CFO‑track roles.
• Ability to work closely with founders, senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with visibility across the entire organization.
