Semi Senior Project Manager (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is looking for a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead complex software development initiatives remotely. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligns with quality standards, scope, schedule, and budget while managing stakeholder expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end software development projects.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; resolve issues promptly.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs throughout the project.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members on best practices.
• Communicate status updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and software architecture.
• Excellent English communication skills.
